I appreciated the no bs approach. Same I appreciated Elliot saying he didn’t know the answer when asked a question he didn’t know the answer. He went and looked it up and gave it to me straight. Again no blowing smoke. It’s still buying a car. So it’s still a pain but he did his best to make it as painless as possible.

My salesman Elliot H was informed, helpful and extremely courteous, the finance lady was Professional, expedient and friendly. Painless car buying experience, as it should be!
