The entire process was simple and easy. Mr. McCranie’s time and knowledge of the truck was awesome. Wasn’t my first from Morehart Murphy and won’t be the last.

Went in for emissions work with 4500 miles on my truck. Would not cover it under warranty. Federal law requires all emissions problems to be covered. Blamed it on restricted airflow from the air filter which they claimed was on me for improper maintenance. Vehicle diagnostics said airflow was 100%, the service manual and recommended intervals in dirty conditions are twelve thousand miles up to forty five thousand miles. I retained the air filter to show that that there was a dirty filter, but not extremely dirty to restrict the airflow enough to cause the d.P filter to plug. I have opened a complaint with g m.

Great service and communication

Aaron is always wonderful to work with. He got me an appointment very promptly and his customer service is top notch.

Came in from out of town with truck trouble. They diagnosed it promptly and were able to get me in to do the work within a few days.
