The team at Morehart was super helpful and really worked to make sure my truck was repaired correctly and running right.

Excellent prompt service - could not be more satisfied.

I brought my vehicle into Morehart Auto Body shop to perform warranty work and repairs to the paint on the vehicle. Morehart had painted the vehicle years ago and the paint began to bubble and rust. Morehart had the vehicle for about three weeks. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I inspected the work done by the body shop. I found that the hood was painted has expected but the dents in the hood were not fixed. Additionally, the model name plate on a door was damaged. This damaged model name plate was on the opposite door from the door that needed to be repainted. With that information, the vehicle was not picked up. The vehicle remained at Morehart for the dents in the hood to be repaired and repainted. About a week later, the vehicle was again ready for pick up. I inspected the vehicle again. I found the hood had been repaired. I was now able to look over the rest of the vehicle. I found the following issues: - The new paint on the door had debris in the paint. - The new paint on the door had a line under the paint that can be seen. - The rear fender was repaired but not completely paint. The front corner was not painted. - The rear bumper was removed while repairs were done. The plastic covers were scratched . - The name plate on the repaired door was installed crooked. - The top on both passenger doors now have sanding swirl marks in the clear coat. Probably happened when the roof was being sanded and repainted. - The roof was repainted as expected but a dent was not fixed. A similar issue as the hood. The manager of the body shop, Robyn, was great. She was very understanding and took the time to inspect the vehicle with me. I now have my vehicle with several issues that need to be addressed by Morehart. I have almost the same number of issues now as when I dropped off my vehicle. Not the same issues, but now additional issues that need to be resolved. The quality of the work done was terrible.

My oil change and tire rotation and cabin filter cost over $500. The DEF sensor had a problem that affected the remote start. This is 2nd time problem with DEF sensor. This cost over $1500. My Denali has 69000 miles. Not a good 2 days. The shuttle driver was good. It was a 2 day repair. I live 60 miles from dealership so I ask about loaner/rent car from dealership. I was told no way
